The decor is fine, with friendly staff providing excellent service. The rooftop pool offers amazing views.

Street noise from outside can be disruptive at night, impacting sleep quality. The air conditioning performance was inconsistent, somewhat disappointing .

Breakfast room too small for the amount of guests in peak times, table for 2 people too small, comfortable breakfast will probably be suppressed extra.

The staff was very attentive and attentive, the accommodation was perfect and clean. I asked for double room with size of suite, bathroom, as for instance, had a very lovely stay. Stunning central location not far from great restaurants in Born, and the bus station.

Wi-Fi was rather slow, made me a little nervous.

The rooftop pool is fine and offers great views. The location is central. My room was spacious and well-designed. Breakfast was delicious, with many fresh options 🌟

Another room on the 3rd floor, much quieter, although directly by the lift. Very nice rooms, good beds, top room service. Courteous, competent receptionists. Tasteful atmosphere... You're welcome again.

We loved the comforts of this small hotel. The room was functional and great-sized with the sofa bed and bathroom, for instance, we felt like at home. The location was the best and quiet, to everything in Barcelona and the interior design was modern. Popped in Bormuth for shots before sleep, it was just a short stroll away from the venue.

Some people working there were kind of rude.

This place suits me perfectly! With great wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception, I find everything I need. The staff even helped print important documents during my first stay. Don't miss the rooftop pool! I'm coming back next year.

the walls are kinda thin, but the rooftop pool is a blast! the breakfast spread is super fresh and elegant. also, my room had a cool design highlight with thoughtful lighting. what a vibe!

WiFi a bit confusing to log in to and appears as if you are logged in to an unsecured site - even though you’ve used a weekly changing password. A minor niggle though; based on our stay on the whole K+K Picasso can’t be faulted for their customer experience and care.

absolutely perfect and beautiful location, we need just 5 minutes walk to the bus station. there was bormuth, located nearby, where we relaxed.

Great location - no issues hailing a taxi - and really friendly staff. Especially happy to have met someone happy to count my coins for city tax after leaving my glasses in my luggage. Saved me breaking a note! Rooftop was a great view and the place was quiet. Seriously quiet. No trouble sleeping.

Our room was super spacious with air conditioning, a tv, and a minibar. The shower was fantastic with high-quality body soap and shampoo. The terrace offered a nice view of the park. The breakfast was amazing with fresh pastries and a variety of cheeses. The rooftop pool had fine views of the city.

on weekends it can get louder, the rooms are isolated but you can still hear it well
